What is your minimum order?

It depends! Miniums vary by product and size. Please view the page of the product you're interested in for specific minimum order information.

Can you print less than the minimum order if I pay an additional fee?

Money can't buy you love, and it can't buy you lower minimums. Nothing can be printed in less than the minimum quantity, even if you pay a fee.

Is the minimum order per size or for my entire order?

Nope. The minimum order is per size per design. Each design and each size of product has a minimum order and you cannot combine sizes or designs to meet the minimum.

Are there price breaks for ordering more than the minimum quanity?

ARTWORK & DESIGN

How do I submit artwork?

It's really easy! You can use the design tool built right into this website. Just navigate to the product you want to customize and click the "Start Designing" button. Please note: Our online design tool can help you visualize what your customized product will look like. Designs submitted to us via this website via the design tool will not be the final rendering of your design. Rather, your submitted design will help in our discussions concerning your customized product. We will still need your artwork submitted to us using our actual print template for that product. You can download print templates from each product page. Completed design templates can be sent to us via customercare@ecoproducts.com

What electronic format should the artwork be submitted in?

All artwork must be submitted in a vector format. This is either an AI format (Adobe Illustrator), EPS format (Encapsulated Post Script), or an editable PDF file (not all PDFs are acceptable). If the art is not in a vector format, we cannot use it.

Do you have any artwork fees?

Artwork fees depend on the product and if any changes need to be made to the artwork design. Each product line has its own requirements so please view individual product pages for details.

Can you design my art for me?

Sorry, no. We do not provide custom design services. You must have your design completed prior to submitting your artwork. In some cases we can make minor changes and adjustments to optimize for printing, but we cannot design your art from scratch. We might be able to offer assistance in converting formats of your artwork (i.e., from JPEG to Adobe). If you don't have a logo designed, we recommend contacting a local graphic designer.

How many colors can you print on a Hot Cup/Cold Cup/EcoGripĀ® etc.?

Again, it depends! Each product has its own detailed set of printing requirements and limitations. Some products can be printed in full color, and some products are limited to 2 spot colors.. Please see the individual product pages for more details.

Will I receive a sample of my custom product with my artwork on it before I order?

No, you will not receive a physical sample of your product. However, you will receive an electronic proof of your artwork so you can see what the final product looks like on the actual print templates.. You will be required to sign and approve the electronic proof prior to ordering.

Can you send me samples of my proposed custom printed product?

No, this is not possible.

WAREHOUSE & STORAGE SPACE

How much space will the minimum order require?

Each product and size requires a different amount of storage space. This page will tell you the dimensions of the boxes each product comes in.

Can you warehouse some or all of my custom products?

We are currently unable to offer any warehousing for your custom printed products.

PAYMENT

When is my payment due?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time the order is confirmed and placed in production. The remaining balance, including shipping if applicable, is due prior to shipment. Please call us if you have any questions about our payment policy.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Card. Business checks are accepted, but your order will not be processed until your check clears our bank.

SHIPPING

Is shipping included in the price?

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on some products, but not all. Free shipping is dependant on the quantity of product ordered. Please view the product page of the product you're interested in for more details.
